19:00 Arrive at the Villas
20:00 - 21:15 Opening circle, face yoga & gentle hatha yoga
21:30 Evening meal (detox tea, salad, and vegetable soup)

DAY 2

08:00 - 09:30 Morning detox tea
10:00 - 11:30 Breakfast / Brunch
12:00 - 14:30 Light hiking (mountain) / walking
15:00 - 18:30 Free time / relaxation (You can book a private session of meditation or thai massage)
18:30 - 20:00 Face yoga & gentle hatha yoga
20:30 Evening meal (group cooking available)

DAY 3

08:00 - 09:30 Morning detox tea
10:00 - 11:30 Breakfast / Brunch
12:00 - 13:30 Meditation walk (beach)
14:00 - 16:00 Free time / relaxation (You can book a private session of meditation or thai massage)
16:00 - 17:30 Detox tea & dance ceremony / closing circle
