FEEL GOOD YOGA RETREAT 

Three days where the simplicity of yoga meets delight and these two qualities work together to create an environment of safety, warmth and tranquility.

In the welcoming embrace of AELIA HORIZON VILLAS we will enjoy yoga classes, healthy meals, nature walks, etc, with the purpose of unifying ourselves with our surroundings.

Traditional Hatha Yoga: A combination of breath work, meditation, and physical exercises suitable to everyone. Through our practice we will activate the nervous system and the muscles while at the same time we will calm the mind in order to feel energised and calm at the same time.

Feel Good Yoga: A slow flow working with strength and flexibility, where we align each movement with the breath. This practice will help to release stored tension from the hips and lower back while at the same time strengthens our third chakra which gives us a sense of happiness and freedom.

Thai massage workshop: We will learn basic techniques of Thai massage which you will be able to give and receive during the session. Thai massage is a form of therapeutic touch that differs in many ways from traditional massage. Instead of a massage table, you lie on a mat on the floor while the provider manipulates your body in certain ways to stimulate organs and improve flexibility.
Thai massage is part of traditional Thai medicine. Like Chinese medicine, it works with the body's energetic pathways.



YOGA NIDRA 

A form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation.” It’s usually practiced lying down with a yoga teacher guiding the session. The goal is for the body to be completely relaxed while the mind is awake and focused inward. During Yoga Nidra, you learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where your body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) and the breath balances and becomes quiet. Practicing Yoga Nidra can improve sleep and memory, reduce stress and anxiety, and help manage PTSD.
